Distribution Schedule
The distribution schedule for the GAI Tokens is described below.
Fair Launch
A total number of 69,000,000 GAI Tokens, equal to sixty nine percent (69.0%) of the total network supply of GAI Tokens, is allocated to the fair launch. A subset of GAI Tokens from this allocation, to be determined at the Company’s discretion, will be inserted into a liquidity pool of assets on Base, priced at $0.05 per GAI Token. GAI Tokens under this distribution are fully unlocked at the TGE.
Public
A total number of 1,000,000 GAI Tokens, equal to one percent (1.0%) of the total network supply of GAI Tokens, is allocated to public investors. GAI Tokens under this distribution category are subject to varying delivery restrictions, the lock- up schedules will be in accordance with local laws, and no vesting schedules.
Grants Program
A total number of 5,000,000 GAI Tokens, equal to five percent (5.0%) of the total network supply of GAI Tokens, is allocated to the Corporation’s grants program. The distribution of GAI Tokens under this allocation shall be subject to a vesting schedule, with the GAI Tokens under such grants program vesting over a period of twenty-four (24) months, commencing on the sixth (6) month following the Token Generation Event until all such granted GAI Tokens have been vested on the last day of the twenty fourth month following the Token Generation Event.
Curators
A total number of 12,500,000 GAI Tokens, equal to twelve and one half percent (12.5%) of the total network supply of GAI Tokens, is allocated to the curators who validate, enrich, and maintain sub-indexes to ensure data quality and accuracy. The distribution of GAI Tokens under this allocation shall be subject to a vesting schedule, with the GAI Tokens vesting over a period of a hundred and twenty months (120), commencing after the Token Generation Event.
Node Providers
A total number of 12,500,000 GAI Tokens, equal to twelve and one half percent (12.5%) of the total network supply of GAI Tokens, is allocated to node providers who host sub-indexes, enable efficient data retrieval, and earn tokens for service contributions. GAI Tokens under this distribution category shall be distributed monthly over a period of 120 months.
